How it all unfolded and unraveled
the history in three short steps
Simplonik is based on experiences and findings derived from many years of research in medicine, psychology, and philosophy. These have been confirmed without exception in thousands of carefully observed cases.

- The Personal Story of Suffering of Dr. med Ulrich Mohr.
As a long-standing, supposedly incurable case of neurodermatitis—with endless itching, bleeding, and skin lesions all over my body—showed me the limits of all medical options. Through phases of resignation and loneliness, I endured my ordeal until, after 17 years, a spontaneous healing occurred. It turned my life upside down in every positive way.
I had a second “inner illness” that I found no less burdensome. It was hidden in the feeling that I couldn’t be who I am. That I couldn’t live out my needs the way I felt compelled to. That, too, has been resolved. It resulted in profound relaxation and much greater fulfillment in my life. But more on that topic when we get to know each other. I promise you, it will be colorful and very lively…
From a purely external perspective, I have gathered the following experiences in my life so far:
Training in conventional medicine, emergency medicine, practicing many alternative healing methods in my own practice, developing and successfully practicing a form of psychotherapy, five wonderful, lively children, providing medical support for and participating in military commando training, two relationships with all their ups and downs, and now my soulmate at my side—who makes me feel grateful, whom I love and cherish with all my heart, Kung Fu Wu Shu instructor, coach for the national skydiving team, provided medical support for Air Force pilots’ survival training, formation skydiving, paratrooper officer, competitive dancing, horseback riding, hockey, gliding, Tai Chi, Qi Gong—and today, when I feel like it, I walk around in a miniskirt and high heels, a challenge of a completely different kind that defies conventional gender roles.

- The Essence of Culture
Ulrich, aka Uli, developed this approach through extensive and in-depth research in the Simplonik. The result is a simple method that boils down to two things that can help you achieve inner clarity, happiness, and contentment in life.
These two things are:
- one’s own knowledge and attitude towards life and
- minerals as the building blocks of life
The totality of our conscious and unconscious knowledge and attitude, together with water and minerals, shape not only our bodies but determine our health and the way we approach life. With this in mind we will “open the door” for fundamental change, understanding and minerals flush out the “waste” that accumulated so the body can heal itself.
One can make do with just two tools: attitudes and minerals.
Anyone could use them—and presumably they did in previous ages. Pver the course of many centuries, however, people began to devise complicated systems that could soley be managed by specialists. They have complicated names or impressive titles such as Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, shamanism, or—today—alternative medicine and conventional medicine. This didn’t make them any more effective, but it did make them complicated and thus no longer accessible to everyone or anyone, if therapists find them difficult to use as well.

- Others joined the path
The simple method proved to be effective and some decided to live a more uncommon and less stereotypical life. Some came in contact with the Simplonik through their own illness or emotional stress or through curiosity and the need understand life itself. They started to walk a similar but individual path that followed the direction Uli started out on. It was and is surely rocky at times and filled with our own inner struggles and strife. They have become a testament to a path worth walking and a greater self-awareness, consciousness and fulfillment. You will surely also meet these down to earth, wonderfully individual people in the future. Be sure to ask them for their accomplishments.
